Happy Anniversary!

Just under a year ago… Two people appeared before each other on a dumb live streaming app. She called herself a “Capricorn Princess” and of course… I the very notable “King Craig James” or probably… “Daddy” as I am known on a bunch of dumb (and very fake) dating apps. She wasn’t very quick to give me her number, but I knew she liked me.

During the winter months… She took to the internet after losing a very close family member. I went online, because I was kind of sick of being single. I think we both knew we had to get out there, to get our minds off of the circumstances that life had thrown at each of us. After about a month of interacting with each other, I was finally able to score her “facetime” number. That’s when the real conversation finally started.

After meeting some very interesting people online… I finally met up with this beautiful young lady at the mall. We decided to grab a bite to eat at Auntie Annies pretzels. We had been chatting and facetiming for months, and I was beginning to think that we were never going to meet in person. On July 2nd, that day finally came. We went on a few dates, and by July 4th… We stood there watching the fireworks together. We stood there, hand in hand… Under the stars… Watching as the sky rained beautiful flames of fire. We have been inseparable ever since.

She probably wouldn’t want me to be writing this article, because even she knows… “Girlfriends come and go” but I just wanted to let the world know, that this girl is tough enough to beat cancer, and she’s a stronghold in my life. She’s one of the most amazing people I have ever met, and I cherish every moment we spend together.

Today we had dinner at Olive Garden to celebrate.
